MDS 2022 | Focusing on quality of life in Parkinson’s disease

Carlo Alberto Artusi, MD, University of Torino, Torino, Italy, comments on the quality of life in patients with Parkinson’s disease, which is of high importance. Patients may be more concerned with being able to carry out daily tasks than symptom management, highlighting the need to focus on environmental factors in addition to levodopa-based therapies. This interview took place at the 2022 International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders in Madrid, Spain.
