Anne Rosser, PhD, FRCP, Cardiff University, Cardiff, UK, discusses the importance of applying a multidisciplinary approach to care for patients with Huntington’s disease. Huntington’s disease constitutes a complex array of deficits including movement abnormalities, cognitive dysfunction, and psychiatric problems. Thus, patients require assistance from a range of specialists. Prof. Rosser also outlines how specific complexities, such as tooth decay, may not be recognized without cross-disciplinary care. This interview took place during the 2021 International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders.
