Alfonso Fasano, MD, PhD, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada, discusses how the delivery of treatment has been managed during the COVID-19 pandemic. At the beginning of the pandemic, delivering healthcare to the previous standards was difficult, but through telemedicine, there have been some good outcomes. The position we are currently in means we are more prepared for new waves of the virus or another pandemic.
