Nicola De Stefano, MD, PhD, University of Siena, Siena, Italy, talks on sharing standardized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data in multiple sclerosis (MS) studies. Differences in the acquisition and analysis of MRI data across various centers limit the utility of the findings and with an increased number of patients in MS studies, harmonization is necessary to properly manage and assess the datasets. Focusing on certain measures such as dynamic perfusion imaging (DPI) will be crucial to achieve this step for researching MS and other conditions. This interview was conducted during the 2022 World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy) meeting.
