AAN 2022 | Benefits of remote rehabilitation programmes for patients with MS

Letizia Leocani, MD, PhD, Scientific Institute Vita-Salute University San Raffaele, Milan, Italy, discusses how advances in technology have improved the monitoring and treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). One key issue created by the pandemic was that patients with MS had great difficulty accessing rehabilitation centers. Remote (virtual) rehabilitation programs are a possible solution to this issue, and Dr Leocani discusses the benefits of such programs for patients.
