Letizia Leocani, MD, PhD, Scientific Institute Vita-Salute University San Raffaele, Milan, Italy, discusses recent advances in retinal imaging and how this could be used in routine monitoring of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). Retinal imaging is a non-invasive tool that can be used to monitor neuroaxonal degeneration with very high sensitivity, and there is potential for it to become a key part of the clinical monitoring of patients. This interview took place at the American Academy of Neurology 2022 Congress in Seattle, WA.
