CONy 2023 | Controversies in MS: prodrome, DMTs & biomarkers

Celia Oreja-Guevara, MD, PhD, University Hospital San Carlos, Madrid, Spain, describes current controversies in multiple sclerosis (MS). There has recently been increasing interest in whether multiple sclerosis has a prodrome and its relationship with radiologically isolated syndrome (RIS). When to stop disease-modifying therapy (DMT) and the development of biomarkers are also hot topics in the field. This interview took place at the 17th World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy) in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
