Eugenia Yiannakopoulou, MD, MSc, PhD, University of West Attica, Athens, Greece, discusses interesting areas of development in Parkinson’s disease (PD). Dr Yiannakopoulou is particularly excited about research investigating the mechanisms of PD as well as the development of disease-modifying drugs that are targeting these mechanisms.
