EHC 2022 | Implementation of the prime number encoding project & DiffNet in clinical practice

Pengfei Zhang, MD, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ, discusses the implementation of the prime number encoding project, a number theory diagnostic method for primary headache disorders, and the DiffNet software, a differential diagnosis generator for headaches, in clinical practice. Dr Zhang highlights the benefits of using the prime number encoding project in the diagnosis of primary headaches. While there has been a growing interest in applying machine learning techniques to headache diagnosis over the last few years, this project shows an alternative to machine learning. This interview took place at the 16th European Headache Congress (EHC) in Vienna, Austria.
