CONy 2020 | Hopeful developments for Alzheimer’s Disease

Bart De Strooper, MD, PhD, UK Dementia Research Institute and University College London, London, UK, discusses hopeful developments in dementia research. By utilizing knowledge from other areas of neuroscience, the neurodegenerative field can be mobilized. Prof. De Strooper still has hope in the antibody aducanumab to have a positive effect in clinical trials (NCT02477800, NCT024845470) and re-energize the field. This interview took place during the Virtual World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy) 2020.
