Fernando Hamuy Diaz de Bedoya, MD, PhD, National University of Asuncion, San Lorenzo, Paraguay, outlines the status of clinical trials in Latin America. Dr Hamuy Diaz de Bedoya serves as President of the Latin American Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (LACTRIMS): a non-profit association dedicated to developing MS research, treatment and teaching in Latin America. He discusses how LACTRIMS are financing projects to address funding difficulties. This interview took place during the ACTRIMS Forum 2021.
