Divyanshu Dubey, MBBS, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, discusses peripheral autoimmune neurological conditions, which can be categorized into neuropathies, autonomic dysfunction, muscular disorders, and neuromuscular junction disorders. There has been growing recognition of the utility of auto-antibodies in the diagnosis and management of those conditions. The current diagnosis and management of neuromuscular immune-related adverse events from immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies and parainfectious autoimmune or auto-inflammatory neuromuscular complications of COVID-19 are also critical topics in the field. This interview took place at the American Academy of Neurology 2022 Congress in Seattle, WA.
