ACTRIMS 2021 | What to look out for at ACTRIMS 2021

Dalia Rotstein, MD, MPH, St. Michael’s Hospital and the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, discusses what she is most looking forward to at the upcoming virtual ACTRIMS 2021 meeting, themed ‘The Spectrum of Multiple Sclerosis’ (MS). She highlights the opportunities on offer for trainees, with numerous sessions planned for young investigators. Dr Rotstein notes The European Charcot Foundation satellite symposium as an exciting session, which will focus on progression independent of relapse activity (PIRA). There will also be several sessions in specific patient populations, fitting with the goal of working towards personalized therapy in MS, and discussion surrounding non-MS CNS inflammatory diseases. This interview took place during the ACTRIMS Forum 2021.
